Mr. David brings 15 years of experience in the international trading business, particularly in the area of importing and exporting high end goods with a specialty in loose diamonds. He has a history of successful business relationships across multiple industries. Ohad expresses enthusiasm for growth in all endeavors and is committed to long term success.

Brian Goss

Director, Geologist

Mr. Goss has worked in the mining industry for more than 20 years as an Entrepreneur,
Director, Geologist specifically in precious, base, and energy metals exploration. He is the founder and President of Rangefront Mining Services, an exploration and geology contracting company based in Elko, Nevada, United States, that caters to a large spectrum of clients in the mining and exploration industries. Mr. Goss also co-founded Rangefront Wheels, a fleet management and mine-ready truck rental company. Mr. Goss currently holds Director positions at Summa Silver (CSE:SSVR), Ridgestone Mining (TSXV: RMI), Lithium Corp. (OTCQB:LTUM), Rumble Resources Inc (CSE: RB), and Starmet Ventures Inc (CSE: STAR). Mr. Goss holds a Bachelor of Science Degree with a major in Geology from Wayne State University in Michigan as well as an Associates Degree in Business from Henry Ford Community College in Dearborn, Michigan. Mr. Goss maintains membership in many
professional organizations including the American Exploration and Mining Association, Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada, Association for Mineral Exploration, Geological Society of Nevada, Alaska Miners Association, American Institute of Professional Geologists, Arizona Geological Society, and Idaho Mining Association.

Mr. Kabazo has served as a CFO and audit committee member of Plantify Foods, Inc. since August 2022. Since August 2020, Mr. Kabazo has served as  CFO of BYND Cannasoft Enterprises an Israeli-based integrated software company. Since July 2009 until June 2023, Mr. Kabazo has been with TELUS Telecommunications Company and since November 2018 held the title of Sr. Strategy Manager, Environment Management, Shared Services, Business Transformation & Operations.
